Lydia Borg

Lydia started her musical journey at the age of just 12 years old when she won a music scholarship at Lichfield Cathedral School. There she was trained classically for four years In this time she entered many of the Lichfield Competitive Music Festivals where she won the competitions on numerous occasions,

 

Lydia then studied at Birmingham Ormiston Academy which is the sister school to The Britt School London where the likes of Adele, Jessy J and other great artists started out. After two years of studying Musical Theatre Lydia was successful in gaining a place at the Arts Educational School London, where she again studied Musical Theatre.

 

After studying in London Lydia is now back in her home town Birmingham where she has launched her singing career. Lydia now specialises in classical crossover as an outstanding Mezzo Soprano.
